The SUCCESS program is a vital part of Business and Finance's efforts towards continuously improving our processes, helping to develop and maintain an environment where quality service is provided to every customer. It is designed to acknowledge employees for a job well done and to encourage recognition of achievement throughout the organization.
- Service Center
The Business and Finance Service Center provides a framework for core business services, such as fiscal and human resources, to be processed in a consolidated unit for departments that report to the Office of Business and Finance.
- Business Continuity
The Business Continuity section focuses on managing procedures to be followed by University departments in case of certain types of emergencies on Campus. These procedures include developing Business Continuity Plans, and assisting all University departments in completing and practicing (drilling & updating) Emergency Operations and Evacuation Plans.
